Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician
Location: Reno, Nevada (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading facilities organization to support the search for a Senior Maintenance Technician who will help maintain reliable, safe, and efficient building operations across a Reno portfolio. Our team is seeking a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot complex systems, support preventative maintenance efforts, and contribute to a strong service experience for tenants and building stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, along with electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior and exterior repairs.
- Perform predictive, planned, preventative, and routine maintenance, including equipment rounds and service requests.
- Support building automation systems, control systems, and daily operation of mechanical equipment to improve performance and operating efficiency.
- Complete tenant service requests accurately and promptly while working safely and following established procedures and safety standards.
Required:
- At least 5 years of proven hands-on HVAC experience.
- Experience operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, exhaust fan units, boilers, and chillers.
- Strong technical proficiency with preventative maintenance programs and equipment diagnostics and repairs.
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and the ability to use computerized maintenance management and technology tools.
- Ability to work independently with a flexible scope of responsibilities while following established procedures to minimize risk.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
