Job Title: Product Development Engineer
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to support a fast-paced footwear development environment and help drive product execution through close collaboration with cross-functional partners. This position is suited to someone who can jump in quickly, contribute across the development process, and support the delivery of high-quality product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key functional partners throughout the product development process.
- Work closely with teams across engineering, product testing, material design, material development, product design, product management, merchandising, sourcing, and operations.
- Support coordination with overseas partners both within the organization and externally.
- Contribute to development activities under the direction of the Footwear Development Director for Brand Impact Sports.
Required:
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional partners throughout the product development process.
- Ability to partner with footwear engineering, footwear product testing, footwear material design, and material development teams.
- Ability to work with product design, product management, product merchandising, sourcing, operations, and overseas partners.
