Job Title: Project Manager Senior
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are presenting an opportunity for a Project Manager Senior who can guide Operational Readiness across multiple cross-functional workstreams and keep delivery moving toward key milestones. Our team is seeking someone who can align scope, schedule, risk, governance, and execution while helping the organization stay prepared for successful operational launch and inspection readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Readiness planning across workstreams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Process Development, Supply Chain, and Quality Control.
- Develop execution strategies, integrated schedules, risk registers, and action plans to support delivery goals.
- Facilitate execution meetings, cross-functional workshops, and governance forums to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with project partners, Construction, and Commissioning and Qualification teams to manage dependencies, provide progress updates, and escalate risks when needed.
Required:
- Doctorate with 3 years of experience, or Master’s with 5 years of experience, or Bachelor’s with 7 years of experience, or Associate degree with 12 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience.
- Strong experience in biologics drug substance manufacturing operations, ideally including downstream and/or upstream operations.
- Knowledge of bioPharma operations, inspection readiness, and supporting audits and inspections in regulated environments.
- Experience supporting operations functions such as Quality Control, Process Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Working knowledge of Commissioning and Qualification and manufacturing or operations systems such as MES, PI, DeltaV, TrackWise, LIMS, and Maximo.
