Job Title: Digital Books Merchandising & Editorial Manager- Brazil/LATAM

We are seeking a Digital Books Merchandising & Editorial Manager to support the growth of a global Books and Audiobooks platform, with a primary focus on Brazil and the LATAM market.

This is a hands-on digital bookselling, merchandising, and content curation role. You will help manage the Brazilian digital storefront, curate books and audiobooks across genres, develop culturally relevant recommendations, and collaborate with Portuguese-language publishers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Curate and merchandise books and audiobooks for the Brazilian market.
  • Manage digital storefront collections, recommendations, and editorial programs.
  • Identify relevant authors, titles, genres, trends, and cultural moments.
  • Review publisher-submitted titles and recommend promotional opportunities.
  • Write and review concise editorial copy and content tags.
  • Build relationships with Portuguese-language publishers.
  • Use data, research, and cultural insights to improve content recommendations.
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, product, and regional teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years in bookselling, book publishing, digital merchandising, content curation, or editorial programming.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian/LATAM books, publishing, culture, and audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with digital books, content merchandising, or digital storefronts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work quickly, independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Experience with a digital retailer, audiobook platform, media company, or publishing house is highly desirable. A passion for books and connecting audiences with great content is essential.

Location: Fully remote, U.S.-based
Hours: EST preferred; CST workable
