Job Title: AP Operations Lead
Location: Los Angeles, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an AP Operations Lead for a high-impact finance assignment supporting a fast-paced team environment. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help keep accounts payable operations running smoothly while contributing to a collaborative, onsite office setting in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with the Finance team and support the manager’s priorities throughout the assignment.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to help maintain smooth workflows during the leave coverage period.
- Contribute to operational continuity in an onsite office environment and support interview coordination with the manager and team members as needed.
Required:
- Must have prior experience working within enterprise-level organizations in Marketplace, Media, Big Tech/Consumer Tech, Streaming, Entertainment, or Audio/Music industries.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable end-to-end process, including invoice processing and review, payments, risk management, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable principles, practices, and regulations on a global scale and within the region of focus.
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance rules and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to partner with technical teams and identify potential bottlenecks, with a deep curiosity and passion for operational processes, automation, and process improvement.
