Job Title: MCS Associate Quality Control
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support routine laboratory testing and documentation within a regulated environment. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help maintain high standards across daily lab operations, data handling, and controlled documentation while contributing to the smooth delivery of essential quality control work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory procedures and routine analytical testing in support of the lab.
- Document, compute, compile, interpret, and enter data accurately and consistently.
- Maintain and operate specialized equipment while supporting laboratory inventory and daily routine tasks.
- Initiate and/or implement changes in controlled documents and comply with safety guidelines, cGMPs, CFRs, training records, laboratory documentation, procedures, building monitoring systems, and laboratory logbooks.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or a high school/GED with 2 years of work or military experience, or an associate degree with 6 months of work or military experience.
- Prior academic or industry laboratory experience.
- Basic lab technique experience, including pipetting, weighing, calculations, and dilutions.
- Comfort working in a GMP-regulated environment with strong attention to detail and good documentation practices (GDocP), including use of lab notebooks and electronic systems.
