Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a hands-on facilities professional to help maintain essential building systems in a commercial/industrial environment. Our team is seeking someone who can work independently, troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical issues, and keep critical spaces operating smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned facilities to help ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, power, controls, and mechanical systems, including temperature comfort issues and equipment concerns.
- Perform preventive maintenance and support repairs for air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and related equipment.
- Assist with general facility tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, lighting, vendor coordination, and limited support for new installation projects.
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience required, with commercial/industrial HVAC and refrigeration experience preferred at 3+ years.
- Experience working with systems 60 tons or larger, as well as 6-8 ton commercial units, is required.
- EPA Universal certification is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues by checking pressure and voltage; plumbing experience is preferred.
