Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Wayne, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support commercial construction initiatives across a portfolio in the Radnor, PA area. Our team is looking for a professional who can coordinate tenant improvement and capital improvement projects, partner with multiple stakeholders, and help keep work moving smoothly from planning through execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate commercial construction projects and help direct activities from planning through delivery.
- Support tenant improvement and capital improvement work across multiple sites in the Radnor area.
- Partner with tenants, leasing teams, design teams, and other stakeholders during weekly project meetings.
- Review RFPs and represent the landlord across office build-outs, expansions, and upgrades.
Required:
- Construction-focused project management experience is required; this is not an IT project management role.
- Experience managing tenant improvement projects is preferred.
- Background in architecture, interior design, engineering, or similar fields may be considered if paired with construction project management experience.
- 5–10 years of construction project management experience is ideal.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle are required for travel to multiple sites in the Radnor area.
- Ability to work independently and participate in a standard background check.
