Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Pontiac, Michigan (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor opportunity focused on supporting safe, efficient building operations and coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities. This position offers the chance to guide support personnel, help manage projects, and contribute to a well-run environment with strong operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee support personnel and provide supervisory coverage across departments as needed.
- Support building operations by managing corrective, emergency, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Coordinate projects, sub-contractors, help desk work orders, and weekend coverage when required.
- Maintain communication with building occupants and internal stakeholders regarding project status, operational issues, and completion timing.
Required:
- 3 to 5 years of industry experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills, along with computer skills and Microsoft Office experience.
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
