Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Location: Newark, Delaware (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager Jr. with 2+ years of Project Management or Engineering experience to support utility/construction projects. The role will assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, project controls, stakeholder coordination, and field/project activities under the guidance of senior project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource coordination.
- Coordinate project activities with engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, field activities, schedules, risks, and issues.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, RFIs, submittals, and related records.
- Support project controls, cost tracking, forecasting, and schedule updates.
- Assist with construction/project documentation and quality requirements.
Required:
- 2+ years of Project Management or Engineering experience.
- PMP certification required.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with project management/construction tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar is preferred.
- Utility, construction, engineering, infrastructure, power, or substation project experience is preferred.
