Job Title: Oracle ERP Consultant

Job Summary:
- We are representing an opportunity for a skilled professional to support Core HR design and delivery across complex, end-to-end initiatives. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help drive conversions, integrations, reporting, testing, and cross-functional alignment while keeping risks and dependencies moving toward resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Core HR design and delivery work across conversions, integrations, reporting, testing, and downstream impacts across HCM modules.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early, and help drive resolution before issues affect delivery.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions that align with client objectives.
- Guide client discussions across workstreams and support integrated, cross-functional decision-making.
Required:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Oracle certification in both Core HR and Onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication-quality level.
- 4 full-cycle Oracle HR multi-module implementations.
- Experience guiding clients toward best practices.
- Prefer experience with implementations for over 20,000 employees
