Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a quality-focused professional to support a major transformation program spanning ERP, HCM, and Field Service workstreams. Our team is looking for someone who can bring structure, governance, and clear reporting to end-to-end testing efforts while helping ensure readiness for key delivery milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Define the test plan, including schedule, entry criteria, exit criteria, and execution approach.
- Lead conference room pilots and system integration testing activities across functional, technical, integration, and data teams.
- Manage test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution while maintaining traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects.
- Oversee data validation, payroll comparison, reconciliation activities, test sign-offs, readiness criteria, and progress reporting.
Required:
- A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems preferred, not required.
- Strong experience working on different software development methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
- Prior experience leading at least 2 full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
