Job Title: Medical Information Contractor III
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are supporting the search for a highly skilled medical information professional who can help ensure accurate, compliant, and timely handling of medical and scientific inquiries. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented specialist who can strengthen response quality, support safety and product quality reporting, and contribute to high standards across medical information operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, document, and respond to written medical information requests from health care professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Medical Information experience in pharma/biopharma, strong literature-searching and medical response writing experience.
- Recognize and forward product quality and safety/adverse event information in line with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Develop and update medical information response materials, including standard response documents, frequently asked questions, and email templates.
Required:
- Pharmacist credential required: PharmD or RPh.
- Medical Information experience in pharma/biopharma, strong literature-searching and medical response writing experience.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical information, pharmacovigilance/adverse event reporting, and product quality complaint case reporting.
- Perform medical information responses, standard response letters/documents, scientific literature searches, unsolicited HCP inquiries, medical writing, medical information content development, peer review, and global medical information support.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a proactive sense of urgency.
- Ability to pivot and collaborate effectively with different cross-functional teams.
