Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Knoxville, Tennessee (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support a portfolio of facilities through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical building systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility upkeep while helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
- Maintain, operate, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, along with electrical distribution, plumbing, interior/exterior building repairs, and related grounds.
- Complete facility inspections, due diligence efforts, and reporting on conditions that affect client occupancy and operations.
- Use CMMS systems such as Corrigo to update work order status in real time and submit P-card receipts daily.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications, plus experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- High school diploma or GED required; valid state driver’s license required; must be available for call-in work and other duties as required.
