Job Title: Avionics Supply Chain Program Manager
Location: Kent, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a technically strong and proactive professional to support complex avionics product development, supplier coordination, and manufacturing execution for high-impact programs. Our team is partnering with the company on a role that helps bridge internal engineering and external manufacturing partners to keep critical hardware on schedule, aligned to requirements, and ready for delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product development planning and release activities by coordinating requirements, design artifacts, statements of work, and supplier data deliverables.
- Partner with manufacturing, integration, and supply chain teams to manage supplier execution, monitor risks, and support timely delivery of hardware and documentation.
- Coordinate product testing, including functional, acceptance, and qualification activities with internal teams, contract manufacturers, and test houses.
- Support supplier performance management by leading regular status reviews, resolving issues, managing changes, and helping maintain quality and schedule alignment.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant avionics engineering field, along with project management experience or training.
- 5-10 years of experience developing complex electronic products, including printed circuit boards and electronic enclosures, manufacturing, NPI program management, and product test.
- Experience working with cross-functional product development teams and external manufacturers to plan, fabricate, test, and deliver complex electronic products.
- Strong capability with complex datasets, budgets, and cost accounting using MS Excel or similar tools, plus demonstrated success developing and managing schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
