Job Title: Mobile HVAC Service Technician
Location: Mobile, Alabama (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Service Technician to support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across multiple commercial properties within an assigned territory. Our team is looking for someone who can deliver dependable service, communicate professionally with client teams, and help keep essential building systems operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
- Execute assigned work orders using CMMS technology with minimal supervision and complete facility inspections as needed.
- Travel between client locations, manage work priorities independently, and respond to on-call duties and overtime requirements.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Universal EPA/CFC certification is required.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and applications.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
