Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Bedford, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support warehouse operations with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance. This position plays an important part in inbound, storage, and outbound processes while helping maintain accurate system transactions and efficient day-to-day workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Execute inbound receiving activities, including goods receipt checks, quality inspections, and required system updates.
- Manage storage-related processes such as stock counts, inventory verification, stock movements, and inventory corrections.
- Handle outbound picking, packing, labeling, and shipping activities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Support daily interface checks between SAP, TMID, and WMS, and assist with equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
- No prior experience required.
- Experience using a WMS in a medical business or highly regulated business is preferred.
- Troubleshooting, documentation and reporting, quality specifications, equipment operations, equipment maintenance, ERP systems, WMS, continuous improvement, inventory management, order fulfillment, equipment installations, and root cause analysis are preferred skills.
