Job Title: Project Manager
Location: San Antonio, Texas (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple construction and tenant improvement projects in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project momentum, and helping ensure successful outcomes from planning through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to completion while tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to support clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and identify risks or issues that may affect delivery.
- Support quality control, cost tracking, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple active projects.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including tenant improvement work; healthcare experience is strongly preferred, especially with MOBs, clinics, hospitals, or physician-facing environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, and Microsoft Project experience is ideal.
- Open and flexible to work overtime when project needs require it.
- Prior company’s software experience is not required; training will be provided on company-specific systems and tools.
