Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing master plan advisory team supporting a range of complex projects. This role is well suited to a candidate who can balance project management, site planning graphics, and client collaboration while helping deliver thoughtful, implementation-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception through completion across master planning, feasibility, and due diligence work.
- Conduct site assessments, due diligence, zoning analysis, and support entitlement processes across multiple markets.
- Create and oversee 2D and 3D density studies, site test fits, and implementation plans that reflect constructability realities.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholder groups, design teams, master planners, infrastructure specialists, and internal teams while tracking progress, risks, budgets, and forecasts.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in master planning or development.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D site layout.
- Strong understanding of master planning, infrastructure design, entitlements, procedures, risks, and timelines, with availability to travel nationwide.
