Job Title: Associate Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are supporting a role focused on process monitoring, data quality, and digital workflow improvement within a highly technical biopharmaceutical environment. Our team is looking for a data-focused professional who can help transform complex manufacturing and process data into reliable monitoring deliverables, dashboards, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Execute process performance and product quality monitoring activities, including annual product review analytics, process monitoring documentation, and control-limit calculations.
- Support the migration and digitalization of monitoring strategies and related documentation from legacy software to a new software solution.
- Perform data-quality checks, troubleshoot pipelines, integrate new data sources, and help ensure manufacturing and process-monitoring data are accurate and readily available.
- Develop, enhance, automate, test, and maintain dashboards, analytical models, data products, and digital workflows used by process development and manufacturing teams.
Required:
- Bachelor degree, or Associate degree plus 4 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of experience.
- Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical, bioprocessing, or biotechnology industry with demonstrated data skills.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and AI.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following or equivalent tools: R, Spotfire, Tableau, SIMCA, Databricks, Aveva PI, DeltaV, or Dassault Systèmes, Codex or Claude tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets, perform troubleshooting and testing, collaborate across functions, and manage multiple priorities.
