Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator – Sports Podcast
Location: Culver City, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to support the coordination, production, and delivery of podcast ad creative across a large and fast-moving network. Our team needs someone who can help keep campaigns on schedule, align multiple stakeholders, and ensure ad delivery meets editorial standards while contributing to revenue-generating sponsorship execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day production and delivery of podcast ads voiced by high-profile show hosts.
- Serve as a key liaison between show teams, advertising sales, external clients, and production partners.
- Track schedules, manage deadlines, and help ensure campaign deliverables are communicated clearly and completed on time.
- Identify process gaps and support workflow improvements across content, sales, and production teams.
Required:
- Experience in campaign management in podcasting or sports industries is required
- 3+ years of agency, project management, sales, or relevant experience in a related field.
- Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Experience with project management software and working with brands in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Careful attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to receive and implement feedback in a highly collaborative environment.
