Job Title: Quality Control Senior Associate
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Quality Control Senior Associate opportunity supporting the startup and operations of a GMP QC laboratory. This position plays a key role in managing quality records, driving investigations forward, and helping maintain strong quality systems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Author, own, and drive closure of quality records, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Collaborate with Quality and Quality Assurance teams to support the DQMS Veeva System and related quality workflows.
- Lead investigation teams and help collect and report metrics for the systems team.
- Support the startup of a GMP QC laboratory and assist with routine activities over weekends and public holidays as required.
Required:
- At least 3 years of industry experience within a GMP-regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and QC laboratory operations.
- Proven ability to write, own, and drive closure of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Excellent written communication, grammar, and investigative leadership skills.
- Experience with Veeva Quality Systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Holly Springs, NC, with a standard weekday schedule and flexibility to start between 7am and 9am.
