Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Paoli, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment across multiple locations. This position plays an important part in keeping building systems running safely, efficiently, and in alignment with applicable standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Travel between multiple facilities to help ensure proper function and continuity of building operations.
- Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance.
- Inspect, clean, calibrate, and replace parts on HVAC systems and associated equipment to support optimum performance.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience required.
- Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, determine causes of problems or malfunctions, and take corrective action.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
