Job Title: Program Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager – Non-IT to drive short-term project delivery within a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. Our focus is on finding a candidate who can bring structure, visibility, and executive-ready communication to complex workstreams that support planning capabilities and supply chain planning technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead program management activities with clear organization, traceability, and trackable work.
- Develop digestible communications for executive-level stakeholders and ensure timely alignment across teams.
- Collaborate across a matrixed environment with leaders, business owners, sponsors, and functional partners.
- Support program delivery across agile and waterfall approaches while coordinating broad user-impacting work.
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in program management.
- Proficiency in standard program management tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, executive-level updates.
- Experience with supply chain planning and manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Experience with both agile and waterfall program deliveries is nice to have.
