Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Georgetown, Kentucky (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Site Manager opportunity supporting facility operations across two healthcare locations in Kentucky. This position offers the chance to oversee plant operations, support key stakeholders, and help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of facility services.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the plant operations team while supporting maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Oversee maintenance, projects, and vendor activities that support critical operations and facility functions.
- Monitor financial performance for operational facilities spending and support adherence to established budgets.
- Track KPI and SLA performance, recommend action plans when results fall below standard, and help maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required:
- 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
- Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
- Experience working in healthcare settings and with client-facing, daytime leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to oversee multiple facilities with varied functions and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort with the stated shift of 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm and the required background check and onsite testing process.
