Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with this company to present an opportunity for a skilled facility engineering professional to support the reliable operation of critical building systems. This position plays an important part in maintaining HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment to help keep facilities running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and related building equipment.
- Inspect assigned facilities and complete repairs to interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting.
- Update work order status in real time, utilize CMMS tools such as Corrigo, and submit P-card receipts daily.
- Support call-in work as needed and maintain records of equipment performance, repairs, and operating conditions.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications, including troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work.
- Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC is preferred.
- Experience using CMMS work order systems and working knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred.
