Job Title: Electrician
Location: New Albany, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for an Electrician to contribute to the maintenance and reliability of electrical systems within a busy distribution center environment. This Electrician opportunity is focused on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs that help keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical systems, panels, and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment and complete effective repairs.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting fixtures, motors, transformers, and distribution systems.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams, then respond to emergency electrical situations as needed.
Required:
- Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a commercial and/or industrial environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment, work alone, or collaborate with other trades outside of the individual trade.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift, with both day and night shifts open.
- Experience working in a GMP environment is preferred.
- 2-3 years of validated CMMS experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of BAS (Building Automation System) or QBAS (Qualified Building Automation System) is preferred.
