Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a highly creative apparel design professional who can help shape fast-moving, industry-defining product through strong silhouette, construction, and storytelling skills. This position offers the chance to contribute to a small, collaborative team focused on delivering innovative concepts quickly while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and design execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop apparel concepts across digital and physical workflows, from initial ideation through final tech pack preparation.
- Collaborate closely with design, technical development, merchandising, and manufacturing partners to move concepts into market-ready product.
- Create strong apparel silhouettes and method-of-make solutions that reflect current trends and consumer needs.
- Support rapid decision-making and clear visual communication through sketches, renderings, samples, and presentation materials.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in apparel design.
- Experience designing quick-to-market products and creating in-line apparel products.
- Strong digital design capability in Adobe CC and comfort working within digital tools and 3D.
- Solid sketching, illustration, rendering, and industrial design skills, including drawing, ideation, color theory, textiles, spacing, scale, and visual presentation development.
- Knowledge of apparel construction, draping, patternmaking, prototyping, manufacturing processes, and materials; AI design program experience is a plus.
