Job Title: Senior Cost Managers/Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a senior project controls professional to lead cost management efforts across complex construction engagements. This position plays a key role in shaping estimates, managing risk, and supporting high-quality client service throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project controls across multiple complex projects and engagement stages.
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates from conceptual design through final construction documents.
- Analyze project risks, support change management, and contribute to value engineering and design option reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely status updates, bid analysis, project audits, and clear progress reporting.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of experience as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and technology, real estate markets, procurement and tendering processes, and AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations.
- Experience with estimating software and benchmarking tools, with knowledge of Cost-X, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating software preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional certification in project management such as AACE or RICS preferred.
