Job Title: Senior Cost Managers/Director

Job Summary: We are supporting a leadership opportunity focused on project controls, cost management, and stakeholder coordination across complex construction engagements. Our team is seeking a candidate who can bring strong client-facing communication, detailed cost expertise, and the ability to guide project outcomes from concept through construction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project controls across multiple large-scale and complex engagements, supporting schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed construction cost and project cost estimates from conceptual design through final construction documents.
- Review bids, support reconciliations with contractors and subcontractors, and assess change orders to confirm alignment with base scope.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver accurate status updates, risk mitigation strategies, project audits, and value engineering support.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with preference toward Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of experience as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience with both pre-contract and post-contract management project work, plus pure cost management experience.
- Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations and work conceptually while qualifying unknowns.
- Knowledge of estimating software and benchmarking tools, including Cost-X, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with procurement and tendering processes.
