Product Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead digital products within a large, complex enterprise environment. This role will own product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders.

This is an onsite W2 contract role in Cincinnati, OH with strong long-term potential and the possibility of converting to full-time employment. Retail industry experience is highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Local to Cincinnati, OH and able to work on a W2 basis.

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related product role.

  • Retail industry experience highly preferred, including retail, e-commerce, loyalty, payments, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, or digital customer experience.

  • Experience managing digital products from discovery and strategy through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

  • Experience developing product roadmaps, managing and prioritizing backlogs, and creating product requirements and user stories.

  • Strong experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders in a large enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development.

  • Experience using customer insights, product data, KPIs, and business metrics to drive product decisions.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product-development tools.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, data platforms, enterprise integrations, or digital-transformation initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and objectives.

  • Manage digital products throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery through launch and optimization.

  • Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and delivery needs.

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business teams to drive product development and delivery.

  • Use customer feedback, product data, and business metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Define MVPs, test assumptions, gather feedback, and adjust priorities as needed.

  • Manage product risks, dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

  • Support product launches and monitor adoption, performance, and business impact after launch.

  • Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
