Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive successful delivery across multiple small-scale remodeling and new build efforts. We need a professional who can manage complex project activity from planning through execution while building strong partnerships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and client-facing support while maintaining strong working relationships.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: experience with retail project management, commercial real estate, SmartSheet, multiple sectors including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare, change management, construction processes, and building codes.
