Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Southlake, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Manager opportunity for a professional who can oversee plant operations, support facility compliance, and help ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Our team is looking for someone who can coordinate technical and administrative activity while supporting budget management, service quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the plant operations team, including maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support financial performance by monitoring operational facilities spend, adhering to budgets, and tracking KPI/SLA trends.
- Provide oversight of maintenance, projects, and vendor activities that support critical operations and functions.
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure building systems and equipment remain compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
Required:
- 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
- Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, with oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint, and computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
- Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends when necessary.
- Preferred: College degree in a related engineering field, formal apprenticeship program or technical trade school, CHFM, CPMM, CFM, or other relevant certifications, and oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions.
