Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Southlake, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and day-to-day performance of assigned buildings. Our team is looking for someone who can help maintain a secure, well-functioning environment while responding to maintenance needs and supporting a variety of facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the facility to help ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems.
- Perform general and preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management tasks.
- Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed, and move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials upon request.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of experience required.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
