Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst that focuses on coordination and execution of user acceptance and business end-to-end testing. This role is designed for someone who can partner closely with SMEs, project team members, and testers to keep testing activities organized, productive, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs and project team members to support user acceptance and end-to-end testing activities.
- Develop positive and negative scenarios, along with test scripts, to support effective test execution.
- Identify and stage the data needed to complete scenarios and test scripts.
- Communicate with testers, facilitate kickoff meetings, provide instructions, and help drive issue resolution.
Required:
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira X-Ray, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Understanding of Agile delivery project methodology, including how to read epics and user stories to identify requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to work fully on-site as space is available, with schedule aligned to EST hours Monday through Friday.
