Job Title: Specialist Business Analyst
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a specialist opportunity for a business-focused professional who can help shape process improvements, requirements, and delivery support within a highly regulated product environment. Our team is seeking someone who can work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into clear, actionable artifacts and help drive successful adoption of new capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Document and analyze current-state business processes to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and align stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other delivery-ready artifacts.
- Support solution delivery through requirements validation, test scenario development, UAT coordination, defect resolution, training, and change management activities.
Required:
- Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience, or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and their implications for software deployment.
- Prior experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or medical manufacturing industry, along with Agile/Scrum experience and demonstrated business systems analysis experience supporting PLM implementation and user onboarding in a large multinational company.
