Job Title: Podcast Coordinator
Location: New York NY – Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support a fast-paced talent relations function focused on guest appearances, sourcing opportunities, and show-related coordination. Our team is looking for someone who can keep complex calendars, streamline communication across stakeholders, and help ensure smooth execution across live and recorded programming.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of cultural, music, sports, film, TV, book, and awards tentpoles.
- Support onsite guest appearances, including arrivals, green room coordination, production details, and other guest needs.
- Research and generate talent lists for podcasts, live programming, new show launches, and special projects.
- Partner with show teams, producers, podcast managers, and legal stakeholders to support guest booking, record keeping, and consistent check-ins.
Required:
- Must have prior experience working within enterprise-level organizations in Marketplace, Media, Big Tech/Consumer Tech, Streaming, Entertainment, or Audio/Music industries.
- 2-3 years of experience in media, entertainment, or sports industry.
- Strong familiarity with pop culture and/or the sports industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, effective communication skills, and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
- Willingness to be onsite for tapings and to travel lightly within the state.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with multiple internal teams.
