Job Title: HVAC/R Field Supervisor
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for an opportunity that combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership and operational support. Our team is seeking a motivated professional to help guide maintenance activities, support quality assurance, and contribute to the performance of facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support for HVAC/R systems.
- Train and onboard new technicians in maintenance procedures and company protocols.
- Conduct weekly on-site quality assurance inspections across maintained facilities and prepare technical evaluations and deficiency reports.
- Support refrigerant inventory management, emergency response, and operational reporting to help maintain compliance and performance standards.
Required:
- Minimum 6 years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering.
- Strong technical background in HVAC/R systems, specifically rack refrigeration.
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel between client sites.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Corrigo facility management system.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for training and mentoring team members; EPA certification for refrigerant handling is preferred.
