Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Designer – Specialized to support concept development and product creation for performance-driven footwear projects. Our team is looking for someone who can help turn ideas into practical solutions through research, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new product concepts that align with performance, consumer, and business needs.
- Support research and engineering efforts by defining testing scope and helping validate concepts.
- Collaborate with product creation, manufacturing, and third-party vendors to move ideas forward.
- Present concepts, findings, and progress clearly to functional teams.
Required:
- 7+ years of experience preferred in a footwear designer role.
- Ability to handle projects independently in technical, performance-driven work.
- Strong concept-building skills and experience using Adobe Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Portfolios are required with submissions; candidates without a portfolio will be disqualified.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to pivot and prioritize as needed.
- Degree preferred, but not required.
