Job Title: Electrician
Location: Franklin, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrician to support the safe and reliable operation of a commercial technology facility. This position offers the chance to contribute to critical building systems, respond to service needs, and help maintain a high-performing site environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and building controls.
- Monitor and service electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, UPS systems, and generators.
- Respond to electrical service requests, complete work orders in a CMMS system, and support preventative maintenance and testing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, oversee contractor work related to electrical systems, and respond to electrical emergencies as needed.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Completed electrical apprenticeship program or trade school education.
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), Massachusetts electrical codes, and OSHA standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
- Ability to work on-site and respond to on-call requirements.
