Job Title: Category Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a merchandising professional who can bring structure, insight, and strong cross-functional partnership to a fast-moving product environment. This position supports apparel merchandising for the kids space and plays an important part in connecting design, geo merchandising, planning, marketing, and finance to help drive clear category direction.
Responsibilities:
- Support apparel merchandising efforts for the kids space through cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with product design, geo merchandising, planning, marketing, and finance to align category execution.
- Build strong working relationships and communicate clearly across teams.
- Apply critical thinking and a balanced art-and-science mindset to merchandising decisions.
Required:
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-sufficient with strong critical thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to build the right relationships across teams.
- Fashion industry knowledge preferred.
- Aesthetic design point of view is nice to have.
