Job Title: Right of Way Lease Analyst
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Right of Way Lease Analyst to support land administration, lease payment processing, and contract management within the midstream energy industry. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, an understanding of surface leases and right-of-way agreements, and the ability to maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:

Review lease agreements to interpret payment obligations, land use terms, and contractual requirements.

Process lease payments accurately and on time, including CPI adjustments and payment schedule updates.

Maintain lease records, land descriptions, critical dates, and supporting documentation for reporting and audits.

Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, ownership changes, and payment inquiries with internal stakeholders.

Use mapping tools such as Google Earth and ArcGIS to support land and pipeline rights management.
Required:

High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in land management, surface lease administration, or accounts payable is preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.

Understanding of midstream land terminology, surface leases, term right-of-way agreements, and alignment sheets.

Experience with Quorum Land System or similar land administration software.

Knowledge of easements, ROW agreements, land databases, and Oracle systems.
