Job Title: Compressor Mechanic III
Location: Midland, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled mechanic to support the installation, calibration, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of critical production equipment in a hands-on industrial environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep operations running efficiently through preventive maintenance, responsive repairs, and strong attention to equipment performance.
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, maintain, repair, replace, and troubleshoot equipment.
- Monitor and physically inspect production equipment to help maintain operating efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, and equipment fabrication as needed.
- Dismantle and reassemble machines, complete work orders, and respond to after-hours callouts when scheduled.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Experience with Waukesha or Cat engines.
- Ariel compressor experience.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with likely overtime and an on-call schedule.
- Eligibility to permanently work in the US.
