Job Title: Inventory Planner
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced planning professional to support end-to-end supply and inventory execution for a dynamic marketplace. Our team is looking for someone who can analyze inventory performance, communicate insights clearly, and help keep products flowing on time while supporting inventory health and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end supply and inventory planning for an assigned consumer segment and serve as the primary point of contact for inventory planning needs.
- Facilitate twice-monthly delivery planning processes and help ensure materials are planned and purchased on the appropriate timelines.
- Create and manage purchase orders, maintain purchase order changes, and review orders for conformance to company policy and delivery requirements.
- Analyze key metrics, identify risks and opportunities, communicate findings to stakeholders, and help drive actions that support healthy inventory position and business outcomes.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in data analysis, storytelling with data, prioritization, organization, and working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business stories.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
- Prior SAP ERP experience preferred; Microsoft Power Business Intelligence experience preferred
