Job Title: Lead Security Systems Solutions Engineer

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a highly technical leadership opportunity where the selected candidate will shape the architecture and technical direction of a complex security technology ecosystem. Our client is seeking someone who can combine deep systems administration, integration expertise, and program leadership to drive security systems strategy, improve delivery, and support innovation across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Own system design and integrations across the security technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, build proofs of concept, and support adoption of advanced security tools, including cloud camera analytics and AI-driven capabilities.
- Serve as the primary intake point for SE projects, lead discovery and scoping discussions, assign work, and oversee delivery through completion.
- Manage the SE program portfolio, including roadmap priorities, dependencies, status reporting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Required:
- Must have prior experience working within enterprise-level organizations in Media, Big Tech/Consumer Tech, Streaming, Entertainment, or Audio/Music industries.
- 8+ years of programming and administering enterprise, multi-site physical security systems.
- 3+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and supporting enterprise access control, video management (VMS), and visitor management platforms.
- Proven project and program management experience, including intake, scoping, resource allocation, and delivering multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience building proofs of concept, making technology selection decisions, mentoring engineers, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
