Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Lansing, Michigan (On-Site)
Shift: Tue-Sat, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to coordinate facility operations, maintenance, and record keeping across a large, client-facing environment. Our team is looking for a professional who can support safe, secure, and well-maintained operations while managing staff, vendors, and day-to-day building needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to support smooth building operations.
- Act as the primary liaison with the client, working with staff, vendors, and financials as needed.
- Monitor the facility to help ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities for machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8-10 years of related experience required.
- Experience managing people, including a team of 6-7 technicians.
- Background in electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
- Computer savvy with basic Excel formulas and document updating skills.
- Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule, Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, after initial first-shift training.
