Job Title: Program Manager – Data Reporting & Advanced Analytics
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Program Manager with strong program management, data analytics, and reporting experience to support multiple programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple programs from planning through execution and executive reporting.
- Gather, analyze, and report program performance data, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain program scorecards and progress reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track milestones, deliverables, and overall program performance.
- Support reporting for distribution reliability, preventative maintenance, and circuit patrol programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in project/program management or related roles.
- Strong analytical, data reporting, and program management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with equipment database management systems.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and preparing management reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the electric utility or power distribution industry.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python.
- Familiarity with distribution reliability and preventative maintenance programs.
