Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a client seeking a skilled product design professional to support the creation of performance footwear concepts and seasonal design direction. This opportunity is ideal for a creative thinker who can balance ideation, execution, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders while helping shape impactful product stories.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ideation, design development, specification, and final execution for performance footwear concepts.
- Collaborate with design partners across materials, color, and graphic disciplines to build cohesive concepts.
- Contribute strong typography, color theory, brand identity, and visual system thinking across product and storytelling platforms.
- Manage multiple timelines and levels of complexity while maintaining creative excellence, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive approach.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in product design, a relevant design degree, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- At least 10 years of experience designing and developing innovative footwear products.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is required.
- 3D design program experience is preferred, along with strong sketching, illustration, rendering, cobbling, prototyping, AI exploration, and rendering abilities.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is required.
- Experience with a signature athlete, specifically basketball, is a plus.
