Job Title: Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician
Location: Denver, Colorado (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician opportunity supporting a mobile facilities environment across Denver and the surrounding area. This position focuses on maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while helping keep building operations safe, efficient, and responsive.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and interior/exterior building components.
- Complete facility inspections, support due diligence efforts, and report conditions that may affect client occupancy and operations.
- Respond to emergencies, support after-hours building activities as required, and prepare summary reports with recommended corrective actions.
Required:
- Universal EPA Certification is required.
- Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
- Valid state driver’s license and the ability to maintain it are required.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders is required.
- Availability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
- Preferred experience includes commercial facilities service work, strong HVAC knowledge, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and familiarity with CMMS technology and work order management.
