Job Title: DAS & Physical Security Systems Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support project planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple workstreams. This position plays an important part in keeping projects organized, communication clear, and milestones on track.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project plans by helping define scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities, resources, and schedules to support timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and support mitigation efforts.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and budget tracking records.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to changing priorities and pressure.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus.
